摘要:大連某污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為12×104 m3/d,出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918—2002)的一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。生物處理采用多段多級(jí)AO工藝,多點(diǎn)進(jìn)水充分利用碳源,強(qiáng)化除磷脫氮效果,厭氧區(qū)、缺氧區(qū)采用水力混合節(jié)省能耗。深度處理采用上向流懸浮濾料濾池工藝,利用自過濾水重力反沖洗,無需反沖洗水泵及反沖洗風(fēng)機(jī)等設(shè)備。構(gòu)筑物采用半地下式結(jié)構(gòu),頂部加蓋覆土綠化。污水廠既有地下式污水廠的優(yōu)美環(huán)境,又具有地上式污水廠操作管理的便捷。介紹了主要構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及工藝特點(diǎn),并對(duì)調(diào)試運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出了相應(yīng)措施。
Abstract:The design treatment capacity of a wastewater treatment plant in Dalian City was 12×104 m3/d, and the effluent quality was required to meet the first class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). Multi-stage AO process was adopted as biological treatment technology, in which the influent organic carbon source was fully utilized via multi-point inflow mode. As a result, the effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal performance could be strengthened and the adoption of hydraulic mixing mode in the anaerobic zone and anoxic zone directly contributed to saving energy. Up-flow floating media filter was adopted in advanced treatment process, in which the self-filtering water gravity backwashing was used, water pump, backwash fan and other equipment were not adopted. The structure are semi-underground and covered with a roof for soil greening at the top. The wastewater treatment plant has both the beautiful environment of the underground part and the convenient operation and management of the above-ground part. The design parameters of main structures and the process characteristics were introduced in this paper, and the corresponding measures to solve the problems occurred during commission and operation were proposed.
