摘要:蘇州某污水處理廠采用生物池智能控制系統(tǒng)加強生物反應池精細化控制。該控制系統(tǒng)基于ASM模型定制開發(fā),利用安裝于生物反應池的過程儀表,可實時計算出生物反應池不同區(qū)域的最佳溶解氧、內回流量和碳源投加設定值,并聯(lián)動鼓風機、回流泵和加藥泵等設備,實現(xiàn)曝氣、內回流和碳源投加的自動控制。通過自動化控制,可以確保出水水質達標。其中,鼓風機的可調控范圍是影響溶解氧控制效果的關鍵因素。
Abstract:A wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Suzhou adopts bioprocess intelligent control system to enhance the precision control of the biological reaction tank. The control system is customized based on ASM model, which can calculate real-time optimal setpoints for dissolved oxygen, internal recycle rates, and carbon source dosages in different zones by instruments installed in the biological reaction tanks. It coordinates the control of equipment such as the blower, return pump, and dosing pump to automate aeration, internal recirculation, and carbon source dosing. Through automated control, it’s possible to ensure compliant treated water effluent. The adjustable range of the blower emerges as a critical factor affecting the efficacy of dissolved oxygen control.
